Braces, also known as orthodontic braces, are devices that will be bonded on your teeth
to correct irregular bite and straighten teeth.

What are the different Types of Braces?

The most common used braces are the metallic ones. For patients seeking esthetics while doing orthodontic treatment, they can choose among different types of braces such as the ceramic, the transparent and the “invisible” braces also known as incognito. And last but not least, there is another solution where NO BRACES are needed to move your teeth. It’s called invisible Tray or “Eon Aligner“.

How are Braces done?

Our orthodontist will bond the brackets to your teeth from outside or inside depending on each case. Afterwards, he will place a metal wire that will apply pressure to the teeth in order to move them into the desired position. You will have to come every 3-6 weeks for some adjustments and the average time for a complete orthodontic treatment is around two years. After completing your treatment you will have to wear a retainer to ensure that your teeth will not move again.
