Traditional implants placements require sometimes bone grafting and a healing process that can take up to 6 months or more. With the all-on-4 or all-on-6, four or six implants are inserted in a very specific way eliminating the need of bone graft. After placing the implants, a fixed temporary prosthesis will be delivered the same day or the day after the surgery. It is no longer necessary to wear a removable denture during the healing period.
