This patient came to treat his severe gum disease called Aggressive Periodontitis. Since it was impossible to save his hopeless teeth, the only solution was to extract them and to place 6 dental implants. We performed an advanced technique called “immediate loading” which consists of removing the teeth and placing the implants immediately. Same day, a new set of temporary teeth are screwed on these implants. By doing this technique, our patients don’t need to wait “Toothless” for 2 months of healing. After 4 months we place his final zirconia bridge

This patient needed to extract all her upper and lower teeth for periodontal reasons. All her teeth were extracted and 12 implants immediately were placed. Some bone particles were also grafted. After 24 hours, fixed temporary bridges were screwed on her 12 implants.
